  • Ripe or past prime plums

  • Real maple syrup

  • Vanilla

  • Salt


  1. Start by prepping your plums by washing and cutting up your plums in halves or wedges being careful to remove the pit

  2. Hit the oven to 400 degrees

  3. On a baking tray place a parchment-lined baking sheet. Then place the cut plums on the tray

  4. In a bowl mix the maple syrup with a dash of salt and a hint of vanilla.

  5. Carefully pour the mixture on the plums and mix it well into the plums

  6. Bake the plums for 10-20min ( depending on the size )

  7. Remove and serve warm or set aside to chill.

These maple-baked plums are versatile and can be eaten chilled with ice cream or can be added to your oatmeal or fruit bowl. Anyhow you want to enjoy it, these plums are truly a hit and delicious.
